Our company founders did not come from the training industry. We came from a university setting where research and proof of effectiveness were the gold standard. We were subject matter experts who wanted to avoid the pitfalls of the tired, old training industry approach. We knew there had to be a better way to service our customers. So in our first year of operation in 1997, we sat down with you and we listened. We're still listening.

So we developed our Custom Solutions Model. We help you clarify your training needs, and we blend elements from our 14 basic programs to tailor make your training day.

Third, you told us you needed results. When you bring vendor training into your organization, you are responsible for its success.
